Hey guess what! B&R is now a record label (kind of). Our first release is one of our favorite records to ever come out of Knoxville, Jubal’s County Ball. This is a limited edition press on beautiful wine-bottle burgundy 180g vinyl. We chose this color as an homage to Taylor Kress drinking a bottle of red wine on stage for the album release show at The Outpost in 2019, rather than the standard PBR stage beverage. It was a special occasion, as is this record.
This is the perfect addition for any vinyl collector, and it’s coming just in time for Christmas. County Ball is now available. Jubal is a folk-rock band from Knoxville, TN featuring Taylor Kress on guitar and lead vocals, Jasmine Hoisington on bass, Jake Smith on lead guitar, and Luke Bowers on drums.
Think Dawes meets Delta Spirit meets Hiss Golden Messenger. The incredible songwriting by Taylor, the beautifully unique soundscapes from Jake, and the tight rhythm section and vocal harmonies from Luke and Jasmine make an irresistible and unique sound from the band Jubal that really hits its stride on County Ball.
On this 180g vinyl, you’ll get the best possible listening experience and be able to pick out every detail with crystal clarity. Plus with this wine-bottle burgundy press combined with the wonderfully shot album art from Johnson Giles, this record looks as great as it sounds.
